Q: RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to effectively complete the return.

If you need to return items due to an error on our part {received incorrect or defective part} we will cover return shipping and you will receive a refund in full once the items have been sucessfully returned.

Q: What shipping options are available?

We can overnight via UPS to most, other options available at request

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We can ship to any address on planet Earth. Please note, some locations do restrict certain products.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can potenially happen when the wrong address is entered.  If the shipping company can not deliver the package due to weather, or during holidays.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

The customer is responsible to cover the cost of return shipping unless noted otherwise. Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
